Terms & Conditions

01

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Jeevoday Multispeciality Hospital. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our official website, digital appointment booking forms, telemedicine portals, and physical healthcare services rendered on our premises. By registering as a patient, booking an appointment, or using our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

02

Medical Care & Clinical Scope

Jeevoday Multispeciality Hospital delivers diagnosis, emergency casualty care, and surgical interventions through credentialed doctors and nurses. All written articles and blog posts on this site are for educational awareness and cannot substitute for an in-person clinical examination.

  • Check Emergency Protocol: In severe, life-threatening scenarios, visit our 24/7 Emergency Wing immediately or call our ambulance service.
  • Check Accurate History: Patients and attendants must provide accurate medical histories, current medications, and known drug allergies.
  • Check Informed Consent: Invasive operations and major diagnostics require separate written informed consent signed by the patient or next of kin.
03

Tele-Consultations

When utilizing telephone or video consultations, patients acknowledge that remote care does not permit a complete physical examination.

Important Notice: Telemedicine is not designed for trauma, acute chest pain, stroke, or breathing emergencies. In acute situations, report to the nearest hospital casualty immediately.

04

Appointments & Cancellations

Online requests reserve a consultation time window. Our reception staff confirms exact timings based on consultant availability and emergency surgical cases.

  • Check Triage Precedence: Critical trauma and emergency patients always receive immediate clinical priority over scheduled appointments.
  • Check Rescheduling: Please notify the hospital helpdesk at least 2 hours in advance if you need to postpone your visit.
05

Health Data & Confidentiality

All patient records are managed under strict medical privilege in accordance with healthcare privacy standards. For details on our data safeguards, please review our Privacy Policy.

06

Billing, TPA & Insurance

Hospital fees must be settled according to published billing schedules. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, cash, and empaneled corporate health insurance plans.

In cashless insurance cases, policyholders are responsible for any non-medical consumables, deductibles, or copays not approved by their TPA.

07

Limitation of Liability

Healthcare and surgical procedures carry inherent physiological risks; positive therapeutic outcomes cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the hospital and its clinicians shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, third-party network outages, or non-disclosure of medical histories by the patient.
